    We were convinced to list our house on the market when we were appraced by another realtor promising to get us a sale almost immediately. We ended up pulling our house off the market and then decided to relist with Mahmoud. Even prior to Mahmoud officially becoming our Realtor, he was always willing to answer any questions and concerns we had about market conditions and was always willing and forthcoming with any information that he thought we would find beneficial or relevant to us. Our process from listing to closing was less than two months, we received multiple offers and it was a smooth and easy transaction all thanks to Mahmoud. When choosing a Realtor it is important to do your due diligence and find someone that actually cares not just about a sale but about you too. Mahmoud is that guy. He will go above and beyond for you and be there every step of the way whether you are a first time home buyer or a seasoned real estate investor. My only regret is that I didn't follow my gut and go with Mahmoud in the first place. It would have saved us alot of heartache and sleepless nights.     We worked with Mahmoud in the Fall of 2020 to sell our home, and we couldn't have been more pleased! We received multiple offers the first day the house went on the market, thanks in large part to Mahmoud's incredible work. Mahmoud brought in a fabulous photographer and to showcase our home online, which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. He also gave us advices on how to organize each room in the house, which helped make it more appealing to a larger group of potential buyers. Their marketing team is top notch and can't be beat! Although we received multiple offers, we ended up working with nervous first time buyers. Mahmoud was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner.
